About the changes...

I know the team didn't slap their head and came out with the idea
of removing proc stacking, and yes indeed players sometimes have their
own bias when they talk about nerfing and buffing. And sometimes
its right to ignore those voice and do something that
will benefit the game regardless of what players think

But when literally half of the community dislike the change and even
threatening to quit... It probably is a sign of it being a terrible idea

Just saying...
I don't want to see this game dead after i just got back to it
