Can mage still combo in the balance update?
Can mage still do staff + ebon armor + abyss? I know abyss have longer cooldown than ebon is it still possible to proc the abyss armor right after the ebon? Or do i have to wait for ebon cd to be off cooldown to proc abyss armor then wait again for abyss cooldown to proc ebon? If that so then F
You need to wait till the proc is over so New proc can activate

U can't proc them togheter, but can proc abyssal after ebon proc end or proc ebon after abyssal proc end...atleast armor will not be a problem..just weapons

Imagine players with ms set with ms in ebon armor... It procs while you don't want it (while moving from point A to point B), then when you reach point B and want to kill enemy with stat set (with chasmal) you have to wait for cd to end to proc chasmal. Wonderful.

Does this affect weapons too? Like if i proc skratch staff so i can't proc my skratch gun? Since i have to wait for cooldown of skratchstaff before proc gun?

Omg this is really bad damn how are we going to deal damage single target if were going to use gun it's a big nerf in dmg but more focus single target but we use staff more advantage in damage and less single target damage so basically we have to get a decently build rog to deal a significantly amount of damage to a boss damn i wonder how much duggar dagger would rise up after this

Armors are just fine. Cause when 1 proc ended u can still swap and get new proc on the other armors.
For the weapons depends... For example you cant proc anymore skratch staff + ebon staff together or skratch staff+ skratch gun.
But you can still pull with spirit staff and then use skratch staff that after pulled will easily proc

Rip less dmg output now since gun can't proc no armor reduction and DoT to boss back to Int% meta
U can proc staff first then switch to Bd gun to max the dmg output. Or the other way round.
(Basically the final weapon should be the one with the rest of your BD set, hence maximising final dmg output)

But way less dmg output than before :> normal ppl with normal bd awakes won't work the same as before unless they have mix int% bd which gives base raw dmg other than that bd% + int% in one item is pretty much expensive so no guarantee every players will own that , Jewels as well if you're going bd you'll need at least noble jewels to comprises for the int lose couz of bd and that's expensive so in conclusion BD meta nerf still
