Reflect Damage Warning on New Maps

Regarding certain mobs on the last two maps (An Abyssal Ordeal and Sanctuary of Secrets), as I understand it, a lightning strikes and they get a shield that seems to reflect damage. However, it seems to me that the reflect starts as soon as the lightning strikes even before the shield animation is put up. It's even harder to see when there are Nekro users in the map or maybe that's just me. Can we please get a warning even just a second before it activates? Anything similar to the curse and aim shot warning on mausoleum maps would be greatly appreciated.
Also, can we get some xp bonus on the new maps as well? Like those in Fester and Mogera. XP Bonus for fast kills. It's a bit sad to see most of my list are running timed crypts rather than the new maps because it gives more xp. Thanks!
