It does? It loses effectiveness before the skill cools down, but jugger works pretty much everywhere that it's supposed to work. Just try charging it and do the upgrades.

Nothing works against that orange orb, don't worry, you must just kill it, no way of escaping

It work, whenever i got slowed from that i just tap gale.
