Duggar dagg + duggar bow

Hi i have a question...
Since the stacking procs removed from AL, do we can still able to stack duggar dagg with duggar bow?

I've heard that if you first proc the dugg dagg and then switch to dugg bow the 2 procs work normally (I'm sure it works with the 2 skratch's weap because I've tested them)

if you proc duggar bow on enemy and get duggar dagger proc - dot from bow will remain on enemy
if you proc daggers 1st - you cant proc bow until daggers proc cooldown end
same with skratch staff/gun on mage

Supposedly gun and bow stacking with staff and dagger was an 'Oversight' . Its not suppose to stack according to the update and dev comment.

Ah well, dugg bow and skratch gun don't have definite cd's but all war weaps do (except for the glint aeg which is useless to proc first xd). Part of the reason why you could still get some value with bd on mages and rogs, just not the bd awakes on the gun and bow since you'll proc them first before the staff and daggers.
