Are the stats of the new mythic ring the same as last year's killing company ring?

Also, from items' description it looks like only specific bonuses are stackable e.g. pendant buffs don't stack at all. Is that correct?

Stats of new items do not look good for level 71 - I mean 10-15 dex/int/str is too low.
