U get exactly 15% armor mitigation ( - equivalent to giving 1624 armor at lv81), 10bd, 10% haste, 10% stacking dmg + I'm assuming the ring will he similar to that of the killing ring with extra bonusses aswell, hence, they wanted it to be a surprise by not revealing the ring info. Overall, the sets bonuses exceeds the benefits of the usual 75-80 primary base stats on each item.

Can the pool get the seaweeds removed? I don't think any king with a bit of self-respect would swim in such a filthy pool, just the think of being carelessly swimming when an unwanted seaweed wraps on ur leg, EW!

Are the stats on the amulet and artifact correct? +10 and +15 on str dex and int and some extra buffs?
Where are the stats for the ring? Also, can try different aura design instead of straight recolor?
Are house slots only lootable while using lix?
In order to loot the "extra special goodies" do we must use lix before entering the dungeon or can use once we're inside and still loot em?
Hope no guild furniture loots during the event, and if it does, hope only justa handful of the shown above zodias furniture is the only available to loot as guild furnishing.

The problem is, most of these buffs per description do not stack. E.g. look at artifact's +10% BD which doesn't stack and set bonus +10% BD which does stack making artifact's BD buff useless.

Wdym? BD always stacks, they don't have to add (stacking) to it. Whereas damage can be divided into 2 types, stacking and non-stacking, hence, they added the (stacking) on the damage buff for clarification.
