I know I'm not an expert but I just can't understand why nerfing rogues helps. Rogues don't have that much going for them. A useless bow (which apparently is needed in expansion)..bad ultis, skills in general are pretty much meh (most rogues use same skills) Health packs are only useful in pvp and nox is broken.
I'm not crying by the way, my friends in-game are all classes and a lot agree that it makes no sense whatsoever.
Can someone explain?
P.S. Not all level 76 players have op gears by the way so please be realistic.

If they don't nerf rogue dps slightly, or to the extend where they can't deal enough dmg fast enough to survive on their own - which was partially implied by "the exact nerf proportion is left for cinco to adjust", rogues are gonna solo the map, leaving wars behind, which I think is what they are trying to avoid.

That said, I'm not sure if rogue is still soloing after this update. If rogue is still able to solo map efficiently, then this update is no biggy for rogues. If not, then it just means the devs are attempting to let the community be more inclusive of pve war.

As for the slowing down runs, they are obviously paving way for 81 arcanes, it makes sense that we now won't be able to farm fast with 76 arcanes.
