Primarily made just for the raw stat of "ms" and "ignore mana cost" as well as the somewhat proc it does.

I'd say the set is only as good for its aura. Bad stats, bonuses, and proc

I agree. If the stats are low to force players to wear them with the ring, then they should add primary stat to the set bonus. Otherwise, buff the int,dex, str. It doesn�t make sense for lvl 71 gear to have the stats of something at lvl 10, unless it does something really good.

The stats are fine because they are offering new variants into base stats of items.. Bd.. Ms.. Ed.. Dmg reduction..

Items are not made to be all 1 more op than the other
