Hi,

Can someone confirm if it gives 10% ms or 20%ms on equip?

Below the awakes is says 10% movement speed (stacking) and on stats it says 10% movement speed.

So is it 20ms from the artifact just by equipping it?

Same as the other ones, below awake it just states the stats it gives again. So to put it simply, it gives 10% stacking ms.

I think it gives you 10%ms and gives you ( feeling ) when you run that your speed increased 20%ms ,, this is new technology came with this expansion
