Ignore list suggestion

In a PvE map please disallow someone to join randomly if they are on your ignore list. Say you are in a map and have player A on your ignore list. This would send player A into another server map instead if he tried to join randomly. Player A can join if he presses join on one of his friends though. Same as if player A had you on ignore; you can't join his map by random join que.

When I was cultivating the cryostar boss for vanity weapons in expansion 66, it happened to me that one player only went all the way and left all the work to me, I ignored him many times, I even insulted him because I was very angry that he did that and it didn't help me at all

There are only so many “zones” for the population of AL. It’s easy to control houses, but to implement a code to block players who have been ignored to join a random map may be impossible due to server space?

There has never been an issue I know of in al with server space. What is the point of ignore list if we can't keep assholes away from us in game? I know I have hundreds of people in ignore but it still won't hurt anything.

I think you need to look at the bigger picture here.. .. most likely many other players have 100s on ignore too… how many zones will STS have to make for players’ ignore list? Expedition would have a chain of a**h**e’s exile islands???

The suggestion was for pve maps not town maps. This event for instance, you have people who rush chests and bosses so ignore list them and you won't have to deal with them again.

It would be conflictive and toxic.
If player A had player C in ignore, he could not join the map of player B, and if player B has player D in ignore, he could not join the map either, so you would end up having hundreds of maps of 1, 2 or 3 players, incomplete and would take triple the time to fill.
On the other hand, if you want to cancel someone for a silly or personal reason, all you have to do is convince your guild and friends to ignore it. And this guy could never play someone on a map again and end up leaving the game.
Also since you say you have hundreds of guys in ignore, this could work against you and end up playing alone. Since most likely there are the same or twice as many people who ignore you.
