From first hint, Katy Perry is female.
From second hint, it says the scene represents a line in the music.
To me it looks like the woman got up and ready to go on and fight of some sort. There's a line in the song that says "I got up, already brushing off the dust."
At first I thought the woman might be waving at someone asking for help. However, based on the third hint that the emote was to be bought with plats, I immediately thought she might be roaring.
Looked back on the second hint and realized that there is a line that say "You're gonna hear me roar."
