Shamus Shamrock Ale Bug. Does Not Always Reroll...

I decided to get one of those elixirs from the Deal of the Day to farm SSC. With the 30 minutes of elixir on my L66 mage yesterday I only got one item worth more than 10k... a crystalline robe level 25 and it didn't even reroll on that one.

I also bought one today again from the Daily Deal for my L21 bear. And it also didn't reroll a lot of times. I didn't get any pinks. I know elixirs don't guarantee pinks but this one guaranteed rerolls.


Overall I would say 50% of the time it didn't reroll.


And I was also wondering if I could get the 14 plat back...
