Firefox bugs in Occupy Windmoore Returns!

When I click on the portal in Windmoore a strange flash appears. The ping is also high.
These issues only happen on Firefox.

What OS, what browser version? This doesn't happen on the first combo I checked.

I'll see if there's anything I can do about it when I have some time. I can reproduce the problem on ubuntu 20 with firefox 93. Interestingly, it does not happen on windows with firefox 93, or ubuntu with firefox 91.

This is quite strange - when the conversation is up you can see the desktop through the browser, which leads me to think there's something wrong with the compositor or how firefox is working with it. I'm not sure what the difference is that conversations specifically trigger it.

For now I can just recommend using a different browser. This does not occur in chrome.

From the behavior that I see, it seems like a bug with that version of firefox. It shouldn't be possible for it to show through to the desktop with a canvas with alpha disabled.
