Highly doubt

If they released legendary 81 before mythic & arcanes, it then makes sense that they would also release 81 mythic before 81 arcanes.

Unless, of course both mythic and arcanes got released together .

When you loot it from crate someone will buy it for 2b from you....prolly 3b if its your birthday at that time
