Suggestion: World Chat

hello everyone, I felt this world chat will be very useful. In case if we want to sell or buy something , all players in AL can read it and will be much faster to trade(instead of staying in town one can play maps while checking the offers). We can set a cooldown per chat for each person.Feel free to share your opinion everyone.
