Rogue's mythic dagger rework proc

The proc only buffs hp and armor which is useless, it does not proc on 81 map mobs nor any boss type enemy so that makes it more useless. I suggest allowing it to proc on bosses + 81 maps and also grant 3.5x damage with the hp and armor buff in pve and something like 1.25x dmg 1.5x hp 1.2x armor in pvp.

Wasn’t the point but oki, there’s also “Duggar’s Death Engine Daggers” that boost dmg u could try out

Better just remove all procs in pvp on rogues
