Could I get some clarification on the set bonuses for the Dracula set?

Wear 4 pieces of the Drakula set to get +5000 Damage, +5000 Health, +5000 Armor, and 3.5X Speed (does not stack with Elixirs).

Is it the speed alone that "does not stack with Elixirs"? Or does that include the 5k damage, health and armor too?

Yes - the Speed component is the only portion of the buff that does not stack with Elixirs.

The other components are added directly to your base stats and can be modified with Elixirs.
