New bosses too challenging?

Personally, im just a average player in AL and i feel like the boss is too challenging, especially the boss that summons poison fields that immediately kills you?? and then not being able to rejoin the fight is just annoying. The boss might be easier to players that are fully geared up with op gears, but not everyone in the game is able to do that. hence, im suggesting to the devs here that maybe at least remove the gate to make the bosses easier by letting players rejoin.

Dnt forgot, u now play with 76 gear, and this map are 81 lvl... I think with adding in game 81 arc stuffs, boss feels easier
When mogera only added to game, without 76 arc stuffs, that feels very hard to complete, now everyone who have 76 arc weap, farm pve kills in mogera :/

When get curse check small timer, at around half you drop the poison pool, try drop in the back, corner etc, where less chance to walk on it, then at the end(of the timer) u need be invulnerable to dont die, heal skill for war, arcane shield for mage and for rogue not sure but i guess razor shield.

And ofc during the fight u need avoid all red zone,
