Arcanite Whim Brothers.
Passive: brothers combo on enemies hitting up to 5 enemies reducing their dmg/speed by 10% with a chance to further reduce dmg,armor,crit,dodge by 20% and apply a heavy bleed.
HB: +40Primary stats, +65 Str Dex Int, 25%Stacking dmg, 25%Stacking ms, 10%stacking dmg reduction, 1000hp, 500armor
AA: pull all enemies in range in, dealing heavy dmg with a high chance to inflict heavy bleed (that can slow by 10% with every tick), reduce armor by 20% and regen allies based on the number of enemies pulled (100hp per enemy pulled with a max of 1000hp regen) for 7seconds.

shorter cd for whims AA would be enough + slow after pulling maybe stats/passive better if it will be totally trash so everyone could afford if for using AA

I personally like how the passive and aa turned out tho maybe the regen is not really necessary. As for the hb being on the weaker side so it's affordable I kind of agree but I don't want to leave it completely useless for the hb.
