+ Warrior's "Polaris" Weapon no longer procs when out of combat.
+ Warriors' "Neptaris" weapon does (slightly) more damage when it combos against *MARKED* targets.
+ Rogue's "Pisces" Weapon no longer procs when out of combat.
+ Sorcerer weapons were already working as Designed (only in combat).
+ Increased proc chance for Mythic Level 81 weapons that require 'Charged' attacks to proc.
+ All furnishing ghosts should now be visually consistent
+ Fixed sorting issues with the furnishing ghosts and cage
