Is pvp lvl 9 active?

I suggest waiting two months. Sometimes people create activity in certain twink levels so they can sell their old overpriced twink gear to the next sucker.

If after 2 months it's active then hooray you have a legitimate lvl.

You could also just check, I mean it's only lvl 9.
