Forums development suggestion

Vbulletin is one of the best option for making a forums, but I'd like to suggest some few things for the forums.

- Make the theme darker, we're used to white theme why not change into darker. It could save your eyes.
- Custom avatar, let us set our own custom avatar as some of here think it'd be nicer if you have your own avatar.

and add media for Arcane Legends section, where can players can share their AL youtube video.
