Packet log in bug

A couple days before Halloween ended when I log in I have to sit for 3-10 minutes to wait for a packet download I think that’s what it’s called. It’s not a huge deal but kinda of annoying it’s every time i log in now also I am on iOS. Happens on my iPhone and iPad.

Also wanted to say I have storage on my phone.
I thought may be the problem lack of space but it’s not.

Haven't seen this on my iOS devices (iOS 14 and 15), but from what you are describing, it does sound like you're out of space and iOS is removing some of the game's files when more space is needed.
