Zaartax bug
After clearing map, we headed to the boss room and started killing mobs closer to the entrance.
Once these mobs were killed we completely entered the boss room but boss didn't actually show up, the name and hp bar showed up but not the main body yet it could deliver attacks.
We tried "resetting" the boss and both dying in order to reset the boss fight but it still didn't show up.

His cone attack is still messed up also.
Ive had the above bug. It seems its if you spawn his name but dont get close enough to drop him he does this.

We found the cause of this and it will be fixed in the next server update.

Fixed another problem where if you were in the cone when it appeared and then left the cone area, you'll still be hit with the attack. This will be fixed in the next server update.
