Charged attacks for new mythic weapon(Bow).

Not sure if its a bug but when using the 81 Mythic Bow some of the charged attacks after you debuff the target( the debuff that allows you to proc Sea Blast) don't trigger Sea Blast Proc.

Specifically if you release the charged Attack right when you see the "Charged" word. It is saying charged but not activating proc when you hit. Can the proc miss even if you are hitting the target correctly?

Im registering hits for sure. Ive tested it multiple times. I think the prompt "Charged!" Is out of sync with the actual process of charging an attack.

it's the same bug/problem with mythic aegis. When u see 'Charged!' or proc sign, don't move and release the attack right away, hold for like 1 sec and start attacking. Hope this help.

I regulare myself on the sound, not the promot text. When you charge an attack it makes a sound like you took out a blade, that's when i shoot. But in any case the max charged attack i do is 2 max 3 if i can be really fast
