Jewel scarcity

Jewel prices are increasing, so I think zodias maps should be dropping jewels upto weak quality. Currently they don't even drop cracked jewels.

I suggest that the standard jewels fall on maps 81 with little probability so that the map would have more activity and that with elixir of jewels they will fall maximum "fortified" only in the respective higher level map
