What are the conditions for getting the following APs bosses?

Do they spawn in Elite, Normal OR in both?

The Evasive Six || The Twisted Ten | The Phantom Give

Evasive six in elite
Evasive four in normal
Phantom five normal, given that doesn't exists elite M6, dm, mogera, spirit marsh
