Vildax, have you updated your client? If so, is the issue still present after logging out and back in? If so, what level is your character? Thanks!

Yep I updated to 1.7.7 on my iPad 1. I have logged out and back in several times and the problem still persists. I also deleted and reinstalled after the mini-update and the problem is still present. It should be noted this only happens for one character my bird which is lvl 51 there are no issues for my other chars with lvls 65 mage, 59 bear, 20 mage, 15 bear, 13 bird and 10 mage tested.

Edit: worked out what was causing it i had 50/50 inventory slots filled, yet shouldn't is still tell me this than just locking every dungeon
