Yes! Restore only works like 30-40% of the time. It's as if birds dodge their own restore. Perhaps that's what's happening, lol

Shivering talon and autobow leaves the ice frozen at the end of their range. And when using the talon it spins in the same out when it's as far as it can go xD it's very funny Lolololol

I noticed with the bird skill Break Armor, the blue light animation shoots out and a blue orb stays at the target spot and sits there for 3 seconds
