Best war pve weapon up to 70lvl and 75lvl

what's the best pve weapon for war up to 70 and up to 75lvl? Except terror blade.

Is Glint proc is really that strong? That Aegis has only 117dps, dmg and dps is over 2xlower than 66lvl weapons + they also have their proc

Good for very large mobs, if you have a speed set it will be best. Just make sure you have a good amount of armor. Against bosses it sucks, so I suggest other high dps weps against single enemies.

Lightbearer/Legend gear is the Best and easy solo map there and it cost few thousand only...get ebon if you have extra budget
