Is it possible that since this update, it has revert to like it was before?

i don't know but it sometimes take me like 20 hit before it proc on boss of new expansion map...

this is really, really frustrating to say the least!!

Yeah i didnt feel the +50%proc chance on 1st charge to proc weapon like dagger

Checked on this. Nothing has changed since the update that increased the proc chance.

thank you for checking! must be psychological!! but still a pain in new map when it take 20 times to proc after removing mini boss shield, then when proc the shield come back loll

it really feel like it take too much time to proc...

ps: really can't wait for new arcane weapon
