How can I contact staff?

I'm old player of All (since years and years ago)
I'm trying to get back my account I have all info required
Just need some help from the staff
People in game told me to talk here on forum with "G something " I don't remember username lol.
Can someone help me?

If its about a ban i would suggest that you are wasting time with that. If you lost your credentials to your account or something then i would start with support ticket. Make sure you check all the folders im your email for their responses, sometimes it doesn't get through.
You can Pm Devs on the forums, announcement section you can see their posts. Cinco is the head of the ship.

I forgot mail linked to my account. But I Remember character name and password. I'm sure I can login and provide code if I know the mail linked to my account
