Heroic breeze doesnt freeze close to the same rate as normal breeze at low levels and heroic blinky barely procs compared to legendary version can you please increase how often they proc in passive if anything should be better then the legendarys or atleast the same ive known about this for awhile and wasted over 10m on them.

Ive also noticed the same thing with my hero blinky and heroic breeze.

Yeah I would expect for it to have probably a slight better proc if anything since it is heroic like a slightly longer freeze or something but yeah I’ve notice that too

I have a max levels heroic breeze and a max level normal breeze.
I just tested it and I can not tell the differences of freeze rate; they look the same to me

i tested too and i did felt that legendary one freeze more with success proc
