Dream scape cleaver vortex aura proc bug

I have been using the dream scape cleaver for a past few days now and whenever I proc the weapon, mobs get pulled but I don’t see the vortex aura

Sometimes the vortex aura shows up but sometimes it doesn’t

When the proc shows up, the pull is stronger When you don't see proc, the pull is weaker.

Nothing wrong.

Same thing with TB.
Have been using TB for a long time.
