25 all base stats are significant already. I don't think you realise the set bonus it already has is overpowerd.
And it will be more after awakening.

Guess you're new..so I'll help u get lil educated.
The set bonus Is 35% stats, if you get awakes on average, 10% on weapon, 8% on rest (including mythic set) it adds up to 90%+ stats and if you can do basic maths for adding base stat of 25 to 90% or more..it definitely gets alot significant. Hope you learn something from it..

Oh this guy said you can get 90% stats with awakes and the buff lmao... Even then this guy can't calculate that 90% of 25 is 22.5, so 47.5 primary.. lmao this guy... Must be new

Yeah sure for rogue with 2700dex , 47 Dex proc for 3s would be significant.. someone teach this guy some math
