Honestly i dont see reason u complain about this vanity

Its totally ok to put religious symbols/relics/items in game, as many other games have. Kinda helps with story creation and makes game more enjoyable.

btw, i also believe in one god "flying spaghetti monster" perhaps could get that aura or something :=)
