Obtainment of arc 76 gears (HC) UPDATE STORE !!!

So now that a new level cap has been introduced there is not a chance for new hc characters to obtain level 76 arcane gear but yet they can get level 71 arc gear still.

It would seem reasonable to update the store and remove marshland and ebon crates and rather put in valley crates or some other lock where arcane 76 gear and equips will drop from the chest.

Every other arcane weapon is still obtainable on hc except the 76 gear.

We have 41 arcs from the crate token vendor in garetta.

66 arc from somber locks

71 from fester crate token vendor and from ebon locks in store

81 equips from events but no 76 arcs :c

If you can't implement this could crafting marshland locks into valley locks maybe be something that is introduced? Because marshland locks drop like crazy but there is no use for them.

I know this idea is a little rushed and rough on the edges but I would appreciate your feedback!

The 76s will be added to the vendor when 86 comes out (similar to the 71s when 81 was released). In the meantime, we're saving the 76s for upcoming events.
