It's all about procs

Hello,
I watched a youtube video (https://youtu.be/aZXtDZh74AM) and as a player who hasn't reached 81lvl yet, I'm disappointed.
Skills and basic attacks literally aren't doing dmg to bosses and even normal mobs. You're forced to have a weapon with proc. It shouldn't be like that. Proc should only be an extra buff to damage, not the only thing that deals that damage.
It looks like you can't clear endgame maps without proc weapon (or it's ultra ultra hard).
Players without gold are in a really bad situation.

The simple solution is to heavily nerf everything.
back at the time 10% damage buff would mean alot.
since the 76 expansion, when each weapon gave like 300% damage, everything has changed.
the simple solution is to reduce mobs / bosses HP and to nerf all the damage buff weapons.
for example:

76 arcane weapons should give like 50% damage to each class, instead of 300% (Duggar Daggers, Skratch Staff, Dozer Axe)
and the 81 mythics should give like 100% damage instead of 500% damage from daggers and 700% damage from staff

Imagine what future expansions would be..
1000% Damage buff? then your normal attacks will be 0.1 as effective than the proc..

Most of the players left in the game are hardcore whales. Most new players leave in less than a month because content is way too hard and locked in a paywall.

Don't be disappointed about videos you watch in YouTube, those 2 are old and weapons have changed lot after those videos.
If you don't afford any weapon, at least lvl up first to 81lvl find more 3 and play .

Well you need gold and gear to run endgame but you don't need the mythics it just takes longer. We ran the maps before mythics came out it's just more difficult not impossible.

"team playing", There is 0 team play in this game. If you play with randoms in event zone you have 1 guy clearing everything and 3 new players trying to keep up with you. Im too lazy to level up to 81 and in previous event I saw many level 76 players who couldn't land a single shot on mobs before I cleared all the mobs with duggar daggers. Cant imagine what its like to run with level 81 players with full mythic. Also players who dont own SS couldnt even make it to boss in time because everything gets 1 shot.
