WINTERTIDE Crate loot bug

As shown in ghe pics, those crates says that lvl 76 arcane can be loot.

I tried to loot some but I didn't after several tries... I talked to my friend and he told me they didn't show in his locked !!!!
Locked in question : Wintertide Circuit Sponsor's Crate.

Are they really in the locked ?!

Did I open crates for nothing, thinking that I could get Sunken armor ? I'd get compensation if so...

They are currently in those lockeds at some levels, though I'm not sure if they're supposed to be. If it showed for you in the crate, there was a chance at it.

Understood. But how can you explain that I looted x 7 mythic and not even an arcane. Any class. Even if I play Rogue.
I feel like tricked. I only opened those crates for Arcane.
