Morpheus 100% passive success rate bug

Morpheus max passive states that it has a chance to apply bleed, reduce damage, armor

But currently its applying all 3 debuffs simultaneously everytime it hits.

Thanks for the clarification, its just this increasing chance wasn't stated anywhere, and made people think this is another chance-to-debuff pet as the other pets are also worded like this.
