Stack damage and stack armor but long cd, i dont use because rogue is for hit and run over and over to avoid the skill of boss and mobs (the red sign on the ground)
It's good to increase ur proc damage, as skills barely tickles bosses nowadays and it's all about procs.

good support skill. Reduces hit chance of mobs too. But the meta is to run fast and clear fast, so the skill is kinda useless since it doesn’t go with u as u run accross map. Maybe you can use it at boss, if ur party really needs the buff.
