Firstly you need 999x crackle bombs, 2ndly in your phone settings on android turn off allow background wifi / mobile usage this allows you to cause your ping to spike so you can spam press "open all" on crackle bombs. Doing "open all" 4-7 times is the best results I have gotten. When you do open all more than once it opens more and more.
The ping spike allows you to press open all more than once without leaving the inventory screen until your wifi comes back. Its an amazing experience.
To do the ping spike just switch applications for about 10-15 seconds then go back to AL and your ping should be rising.
