Heroic tsunami hb bonus damages bug

Good morning
Is the happiness bonus on heroic tsunami meant to have stackable damages?
Because the description did not said stackable but the damages bonus in fact is stackable.

It's same for arc sapphire.. the passive doesn't say stacking dmg but in fact it does stack.
