It would be pretty epic, but sadly I don't think mounts will be implemented any time soon.

Devs said maps and zones aren't big enough to add mounts. They also said new towns like Lake Louie may make it possible in the future due to their size, but there are way more things I'd sooner see in game (skills, rebalance, more gear) than mounts.
