After discussing this internally, we're leaning toward implementing a character stash (but this has yet to be fully decided). With a character stash, you'll be able to stash items for that specific character that you don't need to carry with you all the time. Also, since it's a character stash, hardcore players will be able to use it and you can put bound items in it.

+1 we need more space in inventory and hc stash l play hc from season 18 till now and l have 409 space all with vatinies and banners l cant enjoy the game if l sell items every 10min and eggzavier is coming so l dont know what to do l dont want to sell banners and vatinies pls add a hc stash and more space in inventory 1k for vatinies 1k for banners and 1k for gear would have been very helpful in hc

Cinco, here are some words of yours in regards to the leaderboard event that is running right now. Please cast your magic wand and bring to existence a helpful change regarding the inventory problems many of us are having.

Please Cinco, you have much say in what happens in the game, please, please, please help make a change for the Hardcore community before Eggzavier comes. This is so important for many of us to not have to permanently remove items we would not choose to remove if we had the option to not do that.
There are many suggestions in the comments above to choose from. Or if you have a better idea tell us about it. We need to hear from you.

can HC community expect any inventory improvements before eggzavier starts or we should start liquidation/stashing of our hard earned items to free up inventory?
Eggs list that drop in this year eggz is impressive so are inventory requirements.
really HC inventory issue is a big challenge.... it would be really nice to get a solution before eggzavier....
Cause the vanities and chests and lixes and million other things count towards gears together with ton of eggs that will drop... it will be veryyyy time consuming to remap each time
