I would like to ask a question from devs, is gold loot going to be the main focus of this game? I've been waiting for years for something fun to grind however I haven't gotten further from glintstone and elite chests which were introduced like a half a decade ago. To me farming gold feels like a working a second job which is not a reason I play video games therefore I am starting to think this game is not meant for me anymore and its just time to move on.

+ 1 Only reason why I’m still hanging around is because I’m hoping to see something interesting happen. Weather it be a new vamp to honor or count festerfang outpost pvp kills with high requirements to be involved, which outpost is the most active player vs player zone in the game atm. But it’s hard to know where STS is with this game and what their main focus is. Is it Gold Loot farming, PvP, repetitive Events that will now take a turn, due to surveys or a continuous story line for people to enjoy.
I have endlessly suggested for them to start adding better loot to lower level maps, but they don't. Not pure gold drops just item drops where the items can be worth 50k-5m range.

I share the same sentiment in regards to gold farming, it's just not for me.
Right now I just farm jewels and events (some of the events have improved though, I'll give them that).
Even just adding tokens to these old maps that can be used to buy stuff in a new vendor would be a good first step to making them fun.

Lv 16 yes but gl to who ever wants to take hundreds if not thousands of runs to loot it.

We definitely need in-game indicator for item drop chances in locked chests, elite chests and for map drops. There is 0 doubt in my mind that some lockeds have better drop chance than the others. Also I've tried farming vials, fossile and arcane chest lvl 16 back in the day, however I've never seen them drop. I've done countless, probably thousands of runs in planar arena in birthday events and yet I've never seen vial nor fossile. Knowing how many runs it would approximately take would allow player to mentally prepare for a long grind, however farming arcane chest I gave up just few days in since I had no idea if its going to take me days, weeks or months.
Lastly having item drops in the same map where gold loot players run is stupid, gold loot farmers will get tons of item drops while its not even theyr main focus thus item prices will drop and gold sinks disappear and on top of it everyone gets op gear for basically free. I don't want to insult anyone, but I've been wondering if devs even play this game anymore. I know back in the day some used to, however everything is off balanced and the main focus seems to be gambling (lockeds) which is no longer enjoyable. I remember gold tier used to reward us with egg that was actually worth something and platinum tier gave us vanity set (tradable) and something else valuable like tradeable chest keys, now all we get is unlocked chests and bound vanities.
