Loving the new theme a little disappointed by lb rewards but hey that’s ok.
I think this new guaranteed loot from opening a certain amount of locks is awesome especially since this is the most op pet
hb released yet.
Are mobs going to be scaled in health similar to valley mobs? or will they be end game 81 mobs similar to hauntlet like previous st. patty events?

Mobs are scaled from low level to endgame. It's definitely harder for lower level Legends, but not impossible if you've got a good group.
Sir will there be a same system for unlocked crates you buy with tokens? Would be cool imo, since a lot of my friends got SCAMMED by carnaval unlockeds
Scammed? It's like going into a casino, and telling them they scammed you.
The chance of getting good items out of anything free is super low, but ik many people who looted mythics from Carnaval locks.

After looking into it I am not going to be able to offer a Massive as loot or as a crafted product. We would expect that the crafted or looted Massive would also have the 'guaranteed' loot and that is currently not something that I can do. Will look into supporting this kind of thing in the future; but for now it's going to have to be a Store exclusive. Sorry to disappoint! :-)
How will the Artifacts be looted? Are they only going to be by Locked Crates?

100 massive crates? Regular crates? Unlocked crates? Please specify what crates need to be opened in order to get guaranteed loot.
Also, is it possible that it drops prior to 100 crates? Is it random? Or will it only drop once after 100 crates?

The massive ones in store count towards this....
U can obviously loot from the crate themselves, but if you were unlucky for 100 crates, you are guaranteed to get an essence which can be crafted into an egg.

Only the Massives - which are only in the Store. These will show a progress bar for the guaranteed loot.
Regular locks (which can be looted) and the Unlocked do not count toward the guarantee.
You can loot Heroic Garlic Egg from any of these crates (and the boss) but the guaranteed crafting item is only associated with the Massives in the Store.
