Maybe I was just really lucky but I tried once when I made a bunch of burgers and bought some as well, and had about 40 burgers in my maxed storage. I received a 4000+ each offer that day for something like 15-20 of them. Buoyed by that good luck I tried for a couple more days and didn't get another offer over the standard. I did get several sub-standard offers tho.
