I thought it would be fun to have an item (or many items) that have different stats on a per-drop basis, adding a little fun so that not all dropped items are the same,

example-

vanity: varied GL/Luck so each item may drop (17% GL and 34% Luck) but the same item next run has 44%GL and 3% Luck.

normal: varied PROC dmg (damage over time)

of course, there are many other ways to vary item stats, but you get the idea.
Might be fun to try for a "maxed" item based on RNG. This would be hell for every item but might be fun for one sought-after event item.
